Below you will find all of the check-in information for both the All Skills Camp and Elite Camp. Please review the details carefully prior to your arrival to help ensure a smooth check-in process. We look forward to welcoming you to Emory!
All Skills Camp
Check-In Information

Parking
Parents and families should park in the Peavine Parking Deck, located directly across from the Woodruff Physical Education Center.

After parking, walk into the Woodruff Physical Education Center and proceed to the 1st Floor (Ground Level), where the main arena gym is located. Our coaching staff will be at the check-in table to welcome you.
During check-in, campers will:

Receive their camp T-shirt. Campers are welcome to change into their shirt before camp begins or save it to wear later during camp.

Pick-Up Information
Camp concludes each day at 4:00 p.m.
Pick-up will take place carpool-style on Dickey Drive, behind the Woodruff Physical Education Center and the outdoor track, using the campus roundabout. Additional instructions and traffic flow details will be provided during check-in on Monday morning.
Please Note: Monday's morning drop-off will take place at the Woodruff Physical Education Center for check-in. Beginning Tuesday, all morning drop-offs will occur at the same location as afternoon pick-up on Dickey Drive to help make the process faster and more efficient for campers and families.
Elite Camp

Please Note: All Elite Camp participants—both overnight campers and commuter campers—will check in at Eagle Hall.
There will not be a check-in location at the Woodruff Physical Education Center. Please do not report to WoodPEC, as no camp staff will be available there.

Arrival Instructions
From Clifton Road, follow campus signage to Eagle Row and proceed to Eagle Hall for check-in.
Due to traffic flow and limited space, vehicles will be directed to pull up in front of the residence hall to quickly unload campers and their belongings. Drivers must remain with their vehicle and continue moving once items have been unloaded.
Under no circumstances may vehicles be left unattended along the curb or roadway while helping campers move into the residence hall. This policy is in place to keep traffic flowing safely and efficiently for all families checking in.
If parents or family members would like to help their camper get settled after unloading, they are more than welcome to park in the Peavine Visitor Parking Deck and walk back through campus to Eagle Hall. This will allow you to assist your camper while keeping the check-in traffic flowing smoothly for everyone.
Our camp staff and residence life staff will be available throughout the check-in process to assist campers and answer any questions.
