What should my athlete pack for overnight camp?

For our two overnight camps — Elite Camp and Team Camp — we recommend reviewing the Lodging tab on our website.

👉 The Lodging tab includes a detailed packing list to help you prepare.

Typical items include:

  • Bedding (Twin XL sheets, pillow, blanket)

  • Towels & toiletries

  • Volleyball gear (knee pads, shoes, etc.)

  • Refillable water bottle

  • Comfortable athletic clothing

Where is drop-off and pick-up for All Skills Camp (Day Camp)?

For our All Skills Camp (Day Camp) and Clinics:

Drop-off and pick-up will take place on Dickey Drive, behind the track and field complex, in the round-about.

Pick-up time is 4:00 PM each day of camp.

Staff members will be present to help direct traffic and ensure a smooth process.

What level of player is your camp designed for?

We offer camps for a range of skill levels:

  • All Skills Camp is ideal for athletes looking to build fundamentals and grow their overall game.

  • Elite Camp is designed for high-level players interested in competing at the collegiate level.

  • Team Camp is structured for high school teams looking to prepare for their season.

Athletes will be grouped by age and skill level when appropriate.

What should my athlete wear to camp?

  • Athletic shorts/spandex

  • T-shirts or practice tops

  • Knee pads

  • Volleyball shoes

  • Hair ties (if needed)

We recommend bringing extra practice gear in case of multiple training sessions.

Can campers leave campus during camp?

No. Campers are not permitted to leave campus unless signed out by a parent/guardian (for day campers) or through official camp dismissal procedures.

What if my athlete gets injured or sick?

Certified athletic trainers will be available during Elite and Team camp sessions.
In the event of illness or injury:

  • Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.

  • Appropriate medical care will be arranged if necessary.

Will college coaches be evaluating players?

Elite Camp is structured to simulate a collegiate training environment and allow athletes to be coached at a high level. While camp provides valuable exposure and instruction, attendance does not guarantee recruitment.
